Description :Dear Sangeeta:
We are looking for a mold that would hold two regular-sized
music CD's/DVD's. Our machine is a 140T injection machine
so we think we can only use a single-cavity mold. (Advise us
if you think we can use a larger cavity mold.) We shall be
running recycled PP to mould the parts.
We are also looking for simple molds that can make plastic
forks, plastic spoons and plastic knives. For an idea of the
kind of CD case we want, look at the attached pictures. We
want something simple. Our client is very concerned about
cost, so any cost-saving suggestions/ideas you can come up
with would be very helpful. Please include shipping costs to
Washington, DC. We would also appreciate trade references
indicating prior jobs done especially in the US (if available).
