Description :Dear Sir/Madam,
We need Portland and White Cement for Israel.
The estimated quantity is 240,000 T Portland and 120,000
T White Cement in bulk.

Please review the bellow attached document regarding this
query and inform me if the terms and conditions are suitable.
In a situation we enter in successful contract I would kindly
request a contract/agreement in which will be defined my
percentage of 3 (three) % from the FOB Price

Portland Cement in bulk

1. Quantity:
1.1 Total Quantity: 240,00 tons in bulk per annum
1.2 Time span for total deliveries: 12 months

2. Shipments:
2.1 Tentative deliveries schedule: 10,000 tons every
second week
2.2 Estimated first shipment date: to be concluded.

3. Port of Discharge:

Sea transportation:
3.1 City and port name: Ashdod, Ashdod Seaport.
3.2 Discharge port conditions: Vessels of up to 8000 tons
of cement could be used. Discharge rate: 1200 tons per
24 hours.
3.3 Means of discharge: There is a special cement
un loader at the port that is being operated by the Israeli
Port Authorities workers and under their responsibilities
so there is no problem in sending us the cement on CIF
Ashdod basis.

4. Target price: Please quote CIF Ashdod Port. Prices
should be below USD $40 per ton CIF Ashdod Port.

5. Cement Specification: Portland cement in bulk 52.5N
CEM I according to Israeli Standard 1 July 2002 (Including
amendment no 1 of April 2003).

Cement should pass the Israeli Standard Institute tests and
meet the Israeli Standards:

It should be indicated that the purchasing quantities would
increase every year from the first 240,000 tons for the first
12 months. We believe that both cement supplier and the
purchasing body in Israel would sign a long lasting agreement
with commitment of both parties for their own benefit.

White cement in Bulk for possibility 1 above

6. Quantity:
6.1 Total Quantity: 120,000 tons in bulk per annum.
6.2 Time span for total deliveries: 12 months

7. Shipments:
7.1 Tentative deliveries schedule: To be concluded between
parties.
7.2 Estimated first shipment date: To be concluded between
parties.

All other data regarding the possibilities of Discharge are
the same as for the Regular Portland Cement as indicated
above.

8. Price: Please quote CIF Ashdod Port

Like the regular Portland cement the purchasing quantities
would increase every year from the first 120,000 tons for the
first 12 months.
