Description :Our Client has requested by mandate our Company to
buy a large number of pre-built houses for them.

Our Company, will search, select and classify one or more
industries in the sector.

The project contemplates the following:

1. Total amount of houses, 500 units.
2. The basic offer should include models of 1 and 2 floors.
3. Each house must have a surface of approx 100 mts2;
however, the supplier will arrange the distribution
and surface, accordingly to its lines of standard production.
4.Deadlines and schedules of delivering will be supplied by those
interested in participating;
The Client requires minimizing the times of delivery and
construction.
5. The supplier must consider in its quoting: sending
one or more construction supervisors,
who will provide technical assistance to local builders in
putting together the houses, and during its construction.
6. Initially the prices will be FOB however the supplier or
suppliers assigned with these Contract will have to
considerer prices C F in the port that will be indicated
accordingly.
7. The suppliers will have to indicate in their pre-quoting
the principal building materials that the houses will be
constructed, including ground plan, and pictures of
housing units finished.
8. All the articles such bath, kitchen and others will be
provided by the Client.
9. The extreme temperatures that the houses such resist are
50o C.
This makes important to specify the insulation utilized.
10. Despite the fact, of what was mentioned above point 9,
The Client will install at their expense acclimatization
equipment.
