Description :We are a designer and supplier of custom prefabricated structures
Our structures utilize an aluminum profile framing system
with slide-in wall, floor and ceiling panels.
We are seeking a supplier of quality finished panels. Panels
require manufacture with a CNC router due to precise cut
requirements and grooves for sides to slide into slots of
aluminum frame. Finished surface material required ranges
from hardwood (exotic and standard) to stone (granite, marble, travertine)
Finished panel surface adhered to substrate backing, such
as calsiboard, MDF, SIP.
Floor panels based on 4' x 4' (feet) x 1 5/8" (inch)
Wall panels based on 4' x 8' (feet), 4' x 9', 4' x 10'
Minimum R-value of 13.
