Description :Hello,
We are manufacture of protective film, and separate many formulations to
separate our products grade
The adhesive that we use are:
1.Acrylic based PSA, solvent based (Ethyl acetate)
2.Acrylic water based PSA, and
3.Rubber based PSA, solvent based (Hexane)
The substrates for our test are stainless steel,
aluminum profile, construction parts and electronic parts etc.
PSA desired properties:
1.Have a good cohesion and excellent adhesion
2. Must not have adhesive residue after peel the film off the substrate.
3. Not easily yellowing and resistance to sunlight or
UV light for at least 6 months.
