Description :We are seeking a partner to assemble model railroad track
work using our tools and supplies. We would supply all
required tooling, materials and training. Assembly consists
of measuring and cutting rail & PCB 'ties' to length, fitting
the rail into an assembly fixture, soldering the rail to the
ties using hand soldering irons and gluing pre-cut tie
lattices to the finished assembly. Tools required would be
35 watt soldering irons and some small hand tools. Workspace
per worker would be approximately 1 x 2 meters. Unskilled
labor can be trained to do the assembly work within 1-2 days.

A variety of track types and sizes are required. Typical
orders will be 100 to 10,000 pieces per order. Strict quality
controls and quality acceptance testing will be required.

We are a manufacturer/distributor of tools and supplies for model
railroading. We currently manufacture our own line of model
building tools and are looking to expand our line of products
to include pre-built track work for model railroads.
