I have quotations for quartz tube at U$S 0.029each/FOB
Heating wire at U$S 0.04 for each 600 watts resistor
Ceramic end and fast-on at U$S 0.03

Must add:
Resistor winding (an automatic machine cost U$S2.000 in China)
Resistor heat treatment (twice heated at 900?C)
Fast on connector soldering
Complete heating element assembling
Packing

I need a quotation, considering mentioned costs (I can contact you with
these suppliers) for 220.000 pcs or a 20"FCL, ordering 3 to four cargos per season
