We need to buy the following rice as: (a) order 1. 300,000mt
Of 100% broken rice ref.: for 25000mt /month of rice for a
year contract.
Specifications:
a) 100% broken long grain White rice (sortexed) price fixed
by the buyer is usd 153 Cif West Africa. (Non negotiable)
b) 100% broken long grain White rice price fixed by the
buyer: usd 146 cif west Africa. (Non-negotiable)

(b) Order 2.750,000mt of Parboiled 5% broken rice
ref.: for 750,000mt of rice for a year contract.

Specification: parboiled 5% broken
Quantity: 750,000 mt yearly. Packing: 50 kgs pp bag.
Payment: Strictly 100 % l/c incoterm: c&f (incoterms 2000)
Inspection: Sgs at sellers cost performance bond: 2%
Target price: usd 170/mt c&f nigeria liberia

(c) Order 3. 5 x 40'fcl
Per month-1, 500mt ref.: for long grain white rice 5%
Broken for a year contract. The quantity. Will be 5 x 4'
Container / month. The price fixed by the buyer is usd 167
C&f malawi.

From the above confirmed order the order no.
1 & 3 are very urgent. So please reply very urgent if you can
Meet the target price; pls send your acceptance confirmation
letter in your company letterhead along with seal, stamp
And signature in our email or fax for the order of your
Supply. Send via e-mail or by fax we
Will send complete loi and bcl to you, then you will be hand
Over the fco. The delivery date must be 20days after open l/c
Other wise the orders will be slipped out from my hand.
