Description :We are looking for supplier or manufacturer of Insulation
slabs made from mineral wool. Thickness: 40 mm-140 mm,
Dimensions 1000 x 500 mm or 1000 x 600 mm.
Product Specifications
Insulation slabs made from mineral (rock) wool. The production
is based on deliberation of melt of minerals and other additives
and ingredients. Fibers are made water-repellent on their entire
surface. Slabs in construction have to be protected suitably
(layers of Contact external insulation) .
Use
Slabs are suitable for contact external insulation, i. e. They are
glued and mechanically attached to wall which has to be
coherent and solid enough. Then other insulation system
layers are applied: bond, reinforcement grid, penetration,
plaster, and paint. The slabs can be glued in two ways:
Either full area is glued or just the rim and two patches in
the center of the slab. It is necessary to attach the slabs mechanically
with disc shear plates-usually 4-6 pcs. / m2 for plaster top layer
(according to the external wall insulation system used) .
