1. Mono crystalline silicon scrap
Pieces- min weight of the piece- 50 gramm.
Contains of carbon not more than 2,5* 1016 at/sm3
Resistance not less than 1om/sm
P-type of conduction (boron as ligature material)
For production solar quality mono crystalline silicon
Scrap must no have silicon carbide, quartz, etc.
2. Polycrystalline silicon scrap
Acceptor (boron) <0,1 PPBA< 1 PPBA
Donor (phosphorus) < 0,5 PPBA < 2 PPBA
Carbon < 0,1 PPMA < 1 PPMA
Size of pieces:
< 3 mm. not more than 2%
3mm-125 mm. not less than 98%
