General
GSM Phase II+ SIM Cards equipped with 32K memory with
STK features for Post-paid and Pre-paid GSM (Mobile) Service.
SIM Tool-kit software with SIM reader hardware and Software
The SIM Card packing.

General requirements:
A certificate of accreditation provided by GSM Association's
Smart Card Security Accreditation Scheme (SAS) shall be
submitted along with the Bid. The submitted certificate must
be for the particular manufacturing plant of SIM Cards, from
which the SIM Cards will be supplied to NT and shall be valid
at least, till the last submission date of the Bids. ()

The SIM cards should be capable of operating over the entire
range of 3- 5 Volts in compliance to GSM 11.2.
The cards should be compliant to ISO standards 7816-3
(transmission protocols)
The Card Dimensions should be as per the ISO 7810

Card body shall be made of Acrylo Butadiene Nitryl Styrene
(ABS) plastic material and shall be fully compliant to GSM
11.11 specifications, with quality standards stipulated by ISO.
