Description :Dear Madam/Sir,
We have a client who want to establish a complete line
Consists of :
1- Slitting line-
2- Pipe welding making line ?
3- Rectangular pipe and tube forming line.
Some of the details which we need are: -
A complete slitting line for 1-4 mm thickness
and 1500mm width, 25 tons de-coiler and 25 tons re-coiler, speed
70m/min. With minimal possible slitting width strips ( 17 cutting
slits in 1-1.25mm thickness, 14 cutting slits in 1.25-3mm
thickness and 10 cutting slits in 3-4mm ). b- A complete carbon
steel pipe making line for 3 inches pipes ( maximum ) with
bi-lateral de-coiler + welding table ( for connecting the
remaining part of the past coil to the beginning of the next
coil ) + spiral reserve pit + leveler + forming + welding guide
and welding entrance + waste remover + welding part (modern
(transistor ) electronic and not the old types) + pipe catcher + saw
(cutting part) c- A forming line for making hollow rectangular
section pipes and tubes from the above mentioned pipes.
Rectangular tubes and pipes should be in these sizes: 20x10,
20x20, 25x10, 30x20, 40x20, 30x30, 25x25, 50x30, 40x40, 60x30,
60x40, 80x40. They want to be able to produce different shapes
of rectangular and square section tubes and pipes also hollow
sections with PR number : 507, 508 and 509 ( for window steel
frames (we are sending you the drawing of these items on your
