(na2co3)] production plant in Chittagong, Bangladesh of the
following specification:

Plant type: basic chemical production plant.
Product: soda ash dense and light
Product specification: Industrial grade (the specification
required for the usage in glass factory, soap and fabrics
bleaching, paper making, etc. )
Capacity: 100,000 MT/year.

under turn-key arrangement:

1. Complete list of equipment for dense & light soda ash
production plant of capacity 100,000 MT/year (including
all piping, tanks, electrical cables, pumps, valves,
electrical control cabinets inside the plant battery limit).
2. Provide plant layout, drawing, process description and
process flow diagram in your proposal.
3. How much steam will be required to operate the plant
as well as let us know the capacity of the boiler to be
provisioned for this plant.
4. Specification of finished products.
5. Kindly let us know the control system of the plant with
detail technical specifications. We prefer fully automatic plant.
6. Land required to set up the plant.
7. Provide the requirements of utility consumption:
I. Water consumption.
II. Gas consumption.
Iii. Steam consumption.
Iv. Chemical requirement with name and specification.
V. Electricity requirement, connected load and maximum demand
in kw.
Vi. If any other utility required.
8. Also include the list and price of laboratory equipment in your offer.
9. Provide spare parts list with price for one year operation.
10. Also let us know the warranty period which should be at
least one year from the date commissioning.
11. Manpower requirement to run the plant.
12. Provide us cost of supervision of erection & commissioning
of the plant (during erection & commissioning period in
Bangladesh all cost including food, lodging, local
transportation & communication will be provided by us. The
cost of round air tickets of the technicians will be on
suppliers account).
13. Include the list of the local equipment to be supplied by
the client.
14. Please mention the delivery period & other commercial
terms and conditions of the plant in your proposal.
15. Kindly provide us a profile and also the client reference
list of your company.
16. Estimated freight of your proposed plant upto Chittagong
port.
