Description :Hi and good day to you.
I am from Malaysia. Our company is in the import export business in Malaysia
and United Kingdom.
We are looking for spices, beans, peas and pulses for Malaysian market as below:
i. Chickpeas - white chickpeas, red chickpeas, black chickpeas, split chickpeas
ii. Green beans, peeled green beans, groundnut
iii. Dhal ? Thoor Dhal, Masoor Dhal, K. Mocha Dhal
iv.Spices ? powder & whole (cumin, cinnamon, caraway, cardamom, coriander, fennel,
kas kas, fenugreek, tumeric, etc)
v. Almond, raisins, sesame, barley & others
As we found that your company offer some of product we are looking for,
we are interested to start business with your company.
Accordingly please give best price for products available in your company.
Please note on below additional info for reference:
Packaging size
We would like your company to advise us packaging sizes & type available at your
side. Currently we prefer with packaging size of 50grams, 100grams , 500grams,
1kg , 25kg and price for 1 Metric Tonne. For 50g, 100g & 500g
We prefer packaging of transparent plastic packets and repacked in 10kg-25kg boxes/carton.

Quantity
Currently we cannot decide our minimum quantity for each spice. However, we estimate
to buy at least 1x20FCL per shipment (mixed items) with our target 1 shipment per
month (12 shipments per year). Please advise your minimum order quantity.

Payment Terms
We are pleased to follow your payment term. For your info, most of our product
exported & imported, we practice Letter of Credit (L/C) by banks.
Please advise whether you can consider with this term.

Quotation
I prepared attached file for your reference to quote. Please also advise validity of quotation,
delivery time and price for FOB & CIF (Port Klang, Malaysia). If you have other products,
we are glad to take a look at your offer.
