Description :We are in need for our customer in Libya the following machine :

Stand up pouch filling and sealing machine, automatic , the pouch has
a zipper , he want to fill nuts and beans ( cashew and pistachio alone and
a mix of them ) , the machine should depend on weighing , he want to
fill 50 grams , 100 , 150 , 200 and 250 grams .
The pouch dimensions are : Width 103 mm. Height : 140 mm. ( This is
The smallest pouch )
The largest pouch dimensions are : Width :183 mm. , Height : 240 mm.
Zipper is there sometimes.

Approximate capacity required is 40-50 bags/minute

As for the precision of the bag : we prefer to install 14 heads weigher scale
from High Dream , second generation , with touch screen control .
I represent them in Syria and has good relations with them in
Syria market .
