Description :I want to buy a 100 to 150 m/t EAF prefer new or unused and
all related equipment. Chinese VAI mfg. or European are ok.
I could use a whole "Melt Shop." if available, including
ladles, the DC Electric Arc Melting Furnace, .
Furnace Diameter 6700mm to 7000mm ok, Transformer 90 MVA.
Prefer EAF to be a DC type and is complete including
transformer all power control equipment, hydraulics, cooling
system, PLC's, Carbon Injection, SVC, SCR, filters etc. Prefer
50Hz. Send documentation including drawings in English
if available. Ample spare parts and spare electrodes are
needed. Any cranes and or a spare furnace shell are needed.
Prefer Tap to Tap Time: 60 -70 Mins; Prefer if all components
are water cooled.
