Our company is a clutch producer company in Turkey,
We are strong importer company of steel sheet/Roll/Plates
We import all types of Steel sheet, in every size and
types. But now we are looking for;
50 chrome vanadium 4 steel sheet/plates/roll,
Material : cold rolled steel strip
Quality: din 50 CRV 4 / werkstoff nr. 1.8159
Standard: din 17222 / 1544
Surface finish: commercial bright
Heat - treatment: annealed (heat treatable steel)
Temper: skin passed
Edge: slit edges
Purpose: used for produce diaphragm springs
Packing: slighty oiled ,parchment paper , lied between
the steel strips,
Then pack with pe laminated crepe paper and then pack
with hot dip Galvanized steel
Pallets must cover maximum 2.500.kgs
Composition:
C = 0,47 / 0,55
Si = 0,4
Mn = 0,70 - 1,10
P = 0,35
S = 0,030
Cr = 0,90 - 1,20
V = 0,10 - 0,20
Machanical properties:
Yiled stress n / mm2 = 530 n / mm2 min.
Tensile strength n / mm2 = 800 n / mm2 max
Tolerance: 5 mm +/- % 3
