There is a Syrian tender in sealed envelope to purchase of
40.000 bales of just bags + _ 25% at buyer opinion as the special tender
Legal technical and financial document no/61 DD 2/2/2010
Bid bond 100.000.00 euro one hundred thousand euro
Performance bonds 10% of total value of the contract
Delivery: Goods shall be delivered on basis of FOB on
VSL board at shipment port within five months from date of opening
and confirmation of documentary L/C by the establishment on lots
provided that each lot shall not be less than eight thousand bales
Price shall be provided on basis FOB, pot of shipment in euro only
Bidder can obtain tender special conditions document from the
establishment against euro 200
Bidder shall abide by his offer for 30 days from the closing date
for submitting offers the awarded contractor seller shall abide by his offer for
60 days from the day following the date of being notified of the confirmation
Closing date for submitting offers to the registrar office
at the establishment in Damascus Sunday 11/ 04/ 2010 at
15.30 hrs Damascus local time
And opening bids shall be the next day and confirmation shall be within
30 days from the date of submitting offers
