We are into Food disposable business in India. We are free trade zone factory with certified ISO 9000 & 22000.

For our business expansion we are looking to buy following machines
01
Thermoforming machine to produce Lids for Paper cup . as enclosed photo. Lid round dia is about 80 mm and forming depth is about 7 mm. Lid have middle + Cut to insert drink straw.
We Will use HIPS plastics [It is PS family]

We need machine which can produce minimum 100,000 pc per 8 hour, Complete lid must be made in one operation.

T- Die extruder to produce HIPS Plastics Rolls for the above Lids .. thickness we need from .20 to .40 mm

The width of the rolls depend on the Forming machine
