Brief Terms and Conditions:-
Your offer must be as per scope and requirements defined by the technical specifications, applicable codes, standard engineering practices implied therein and should be complete with filled-in Data Sheets (giving weights etc), Drawings and Catalogues.
Normal commercial terms and conditions such as Guarantee/Warranty, Schedules, Force Majeure clauses etc. would apply and can be discussed at a later stage during ordering.
Deviations and exclusions if any must be listed separately. Absence of same would mean full compliance.
Quotes must be given in the format provided and on door delivery basis FOR Jaipur Site inclusive of and mentioning all taxes, duties, octroi cess, Packing & Forwarding, Freight, Transit Insurance etc.

Quotes must carry company profile, references and details of similar supplies made in the recent past and also routine QA plan.
