We are looking for turbo brush head
The details and specs are:
Nominal Dimensions:
Width 120 x length 160 x height 70 mm
ABS housing
Access opening to remove blockages
32 mm dia hole with push taper fit.
Fan driven brush bar
Nylon bristles
2 rows of 12 tufts bristles
Bristle dia 0.11 - 0.12mm
Bristle length 8 mm, overall brush diameter 32 mm
Black bristles
1) Comply with ROHS and reach legislation.
2) Free from flash, sharp edges, distortion, sink marks,
contamination and other moulding imperfections.
3) Material marking in a non visual area, must not affect
function or interference.
4) Bristles to be secure in brush bar.
A tuft of bristles must withstand 3.5Kg pull force as detailed in quality plan.
5) Bristles to be free from deformation.
6) Brush bar to be balanced and rotate smoothly in product with
no excessive vibration.
