Description :We are interested to buy used 4Hi reversible breakdown cold rolling mill of 50 MT per day capacity. Your scope of work shall be supply, installation, commissioning ,test run and performance demonstration of capacity design. The technical specification of the required mill is attached herewith for your reference.
1. Capacity of mill : 50 MT per day three shift operation
2. Input coil thickness : 450 mm x 20 mm ( Max but we shall roll up to 16.5 mm )
3. Outcome rolled coil thickness : 450 mm x 1.20 mm ( preferable in 6/7 pass)
4. Coil weight : 3- 5 MT (Max)
5. Space available : 12 x 12 M
6. Pay off box : 1 No
7. Up coiler : One no each on both side of mill
8. AC drive operation (Preferable)
