Please kindly inform by return CIF term break bulk-cargo shipment of Used Rails Scrap to Kaohsiung, Taiwan or ZhangJiaGang, JiangSu Province & Xiamen, Fujian Province, China. Payment term; we are accustomed used to 100% L/C and seller issue 3% total monthly shipment value Performance Bond in favour naming buyer or buyer's issue banker subrogation custody (Nonnegotiable). Exporter prepared AQSIQ and CCIC inspection reports respectively in both ends and payment will be against passed CCIC inspection reports for buyer customs clearance after cargo complete unload at discharge port consequent on about 10 days.
