Description :We are in urgent need of buying from the Washers manufacturer.
The Washer requirements and their requirements are as follows.
manufacturers supply quotation for the following:
40, 000 75 x 75 x 6 (M20 Hole) Square washers HDG in bulk boxes
of 100 120, 000 M16 x 5. 0 x 3. 5 Flat section spring washers
HDG in small packaging of 200 pieces then packed in a box of
1000. Hardness Range required by DIN 127 (45-51 HRC) HDG
washers shall be coiled to limits 0. 5mm greater than normally
specified for inside and outside diameter. These parts will also
require certification. 50, 000 5 / 16 x 1 / 8 x 3 / 32 flat
section spring washer in plain lightly oiled finish in small
packaging of 200 pieces then packed in a box of 5000. Hardness
range required by DIN 127 (45-51 HRC) . These parts will require
certification.
220, 000 M10 x 3. 2 x 3. 2 square spring washers in trivalent
zinc finish in small packaging of 200 pieces then packed in
a box of 5, 000. Hardness range required 42-50 HRC and must
be plated 5-8 microns. This part will require certification.
All spring washers must be stress relieved to remove hydrogen
embrittlement
200, 000 M12 Builders washers trivalent zinc 13. 2 / 14 x 27.
