Description :We have an order for contract hotel bedroom furniture, about
350 pieces each bed/headboard, TV-Fridge Console, and
Writing Desk. Construction is frame and panel using solid
and plywood/veneer in Mindy. The total order is about 10
containers, so we need a full-service manufacturer who can
handle 10 containers a Month (3 to 5 would be ours) including
finishing, packing and loading.
Suppliers may be located anywhere on the island of Java.
Yogyakarta-Semarang-East Java preferred.
The pieces range from very simple (bed frame and separate
Headboard with padded vinyl) to more sophisticated (the writing
Desk has curved top shape and side panels and needs very careful
construction).
We have complete detailed Cads and 3Ds renderings, hardware
Selection, and color samples. No additional design service is required.
We need to make 2 each samples immediately and upon confirmation
of order the time frame is 3 months from order to shipping
the first 3 to 5 containers, with the balance shipped within
another 1.5 months.
Prices must be competitive. Kiln-dried wood and top quality
Machined construction only no home industry with subcontracted parts.
Payment with 40% cash deposit/balance with Bill of Lading is OK.
If completed on time and properly, this will be the first of
many contract orders.
