Description :We are looking to buy 20 m tons of acrylic yarn for blankets with following specifications
1- yarn to be 100% pure acrylic, not recycled or used before
2- to be twisted per length meter ( 150-180 twist)
3- the count to be no. 2.3 - 2.6 ) nm
4- tensile strength : minimum 25 neutons
5- length of fiber ( 4 - 6 ) cms
6- average fiber diameter : ( 3 ) denier
7- color fastness : does not change by water wash or day light
8- color & finish = bright color & soft finish
9- antistatic & steam treatment must be added
10- color required : upon our request
11- yarn must ne on cones of weight 2.5 kgs to maximum 3.5 kilograms texagonal shape with basement 6.8 cms to top of 5.4 cms, height 17 cms
12- tolerance 3-4% except 1,2,4
13- packing : cones should be packed in suitable sacks
14- there must be a yarn like a tail at the end of the cones so to be attached with next cone
