Description :Our company begins a large investment project on producing the pumpkin seeds. We intend to have a full production cycle including planting, harvesting, processing and packaging. At the moment we are in a search of a production line for processing pumpkin seeds. The needed machines are listed below. We consider purchasing a new production line as well a used one.
Please, send us your offer for the production line with equipment specification based on the following:
1.Pumpkin plantation is 170 hectares
2. The daily harvesting is 5 to 10 hectares or 4 - 8 tons of seeds (it is threshed directly on the field).
3. Processing stages: washing, drying, rubbing, grading and packing in big bags.
4.The project will be in Koda, Georgia.
The site has the following pipelines : gas, water, electricity, sewage.
The main technological equipment
Pumpkin harvester ,Receiving hopper with the function of aspiration and discharge by the pump for pumpkin seeds,
Drum type washing machine for pumpkin seeds.
Flat dryer (drying table) for pumpkin seeds.
Container for pumpkin seeds
Container for filling (packing) of Big-bags.

Furthermore, we are also interested in the Nut Drying and blanching machines for almonds. Please, send us your offer on that as well.
