Description :Inquire about aluminum frame
I am managing director for the Swedish company. We are a drawing
company specialized on evacuation plans. We draw many thousands
evacuations plans every year. These evacuation plans are printed and
placed inside an aluminum frame.
We are currently looking for a new supplier of aluminum frames.

What we want
We are looking for a product with good quality in the sizes A4, A3, A2.
We want
A stable and strong frame made in aluminum.
A good mounting solution

We also will appreciate if
The height is less than 17 mm.
The front thickness is less than 10 mm
The plastic front has antireflection coating and/or is UV-resistant.
The back thickness is more than 2,5 mm

We do not specific want snap frames but it can anyway be of interest.

Volume
The first time will we order:
A3 1000 pcs.
A2 500 pcs.
A4 100 pcs.

If everything works as we expected will our next order be:
A3 5000 pcs.
A2 2500 pcs.
A4 500 pcs.

International trading
We work today with two Indian companies and one in Thailand that
help us with different electronic drawing projects. But we do not
have any prior experience in trading and shipment of physical products.
Delivery
We will need the first shipment in September.
What we use today
We are currently using a good quality frame with the following
specifications:

Height = 17 mm
Thickness back = 3,5 mm
6 strong springs (8 if it is A2)
2 strong mounting
Thickness front = 7 mm
Antireflection coated plastic front with plastic wrap on booth sides
for protection
