Description :Barley Grade2 for Animal Feeds

We are very much interested in buying, only from producers and
reliable suppliers, or their fully Mandated Agents, 75 seventy-five
thousand metric tons of Feed Barley, Grade 2, bagged in 50
kilo PP Bags, on the basis of C&F Tripoli-Libya, to be shipped
equally in 12.500 metric tons, one shipment every 45 days,
including 2% new empty bags and an SGS inspection certificate.
Our very realistic and Challenging Buying and Payment Terms
are as follows:
1) To cut all the crab and instead of running around into endless
vicious circles, we request that you email us your initial
(very competitive) soft offer for our review and consideration
(as we can't buy fish that is still not caught "in the sea").
2) If we are happy with your soft offer, we will send you our
required LOI and BCL within 48 hours.
3) Then, if you are sure really do have the "real Macoy", you
send us first your Non-Operative 2% Performance Bond with
your contract.
4) We then send your bankers the duly signed and sealed
contract with our operative, fully funded and Revolving
(covering the 75, 000 metric tons) irrevocable letter of credit,
confirmed by a major world bank. In conclusion, we are waiting
to see your seriousness to strike with us our first deal for our
mutual benefit.
