13- Shipment: The shipment to be commenced within a maximum of 21 days from the date of receipt of the LC. Shipment should be in Bulk from the port of origin to Indian port Kandla, by a chartered vessel of the seller or their shipper/ refinery. We anticipate your best possible rate for the above, considering a full year shipment opportunity.
