Description :I would like to give you more details of what we need exactly;
We are looking for the following: Car Headrest with DVD player
included combo, and a standalone version

1. A free sample, without DVD and LCD, just to see whether
the tubes would fit. We will need to test them on 25 different
cars. After testing we will send the sample back of course.
2. A solution to adapt the tubes.(thickness, and the distance
between the tubes)
3. We would have to know whether these headrests meet the
European safety standard requirements
4. We would need different colors (black, beige, grey,
including pillow)
5. We need two models, 1 with and 1 without DVD.
6. It should be possible to easily connect the 2 screens
(1 player, 1 slave) so 2 people in the back of the car can
watch the same movie
7. They must come with cigarette lighter connection, so people
can use them " plug and play" and easily remove them from
the car
8. They must also come with other cables so they can be build
in, in our garage, and connected to the car battery.

(That would be a second option for the client)

9. We need some kind of guarantee period
10. We need shipment to the port of Rotterdam, the Netherlands
11. We usually do business by giving a bank guarantee. (Can be
a Chinese Bank). Upon correct receival of the product, payment
will be made immediately.
12. We need a sharp price. We are currently trying to conquer
the Dutch market, so we need to offer the product at a sharp
price.
13. We are negotiating with 3 of the largest Dutch retail
companies to offer our products in their stores, so we may be
talking of large quantities. (Thousands a year)
14. We will be visiting Hong Kong in April. China Sourcing
Fair: Electronics & Components, April 12-15, 2007, in
Hong Kong
