Description :We are a French company specialized in supplying car
manufacturers with roof systems. We are currently
considering the opportunity to develop partnerships with
new industrial contractors. More precisely, we are looking
for suppliers in the following sectors :

Plastic Injection 3 types of parts > frame: 4kg, needs
press from 1800 to 2400 tons, PBT/PET. >
Cross member: 350g, needs press around 650 tons, PBT.
miscellaneous: few g, needs press around 100 tons,
PA/POM/PBT.
Extruded Elastomers Seals > extruded elastomers seals
made of EPDM for noise reduction on our sunroofs. Require
surface treatments like varnish and adhesive. These
treatments have to be on line. Seals made of TPE, with two
hardness in the same part (50 SH and 70 SH), adhesive
treatments on the same process. seals made of silicon for
water proofing. Moulded elastomers travel limit stops
Extruded Aluminum Profiles
Stamped Steel Sheets and Roll Formed Parts Electric DC
Motors (similar to those used in car doors windows)
Automobile wire harness screws and bolts we would like
to be driven to the producers linked to these activities.
