I have 2 different orders from the same company but one will
be for the matrix and the other for the company in Spain.

1.- 1,2M MT Clinker of good quality in 12 months, CIF any
major Spanish port, target price 54$, payment LC 60 days at
loading port or LC at destination port after documents
presentation. Sample and factory visit needed. They want a
5 year relationship same quality same quantity.

2.- 12M MT Clinker of good quality in 12 months, CIF ASWP,
target price 54$, payment LC 60 days at loading port or LC at
destination port after documents presentation. Sample and
factory visit needed. They want a 5 year relationship same
quality same quantity.

In both deals 1$ commission for buyer mandate has to
be included.
