First let me introduce myself, I am the Commodities Trading Manager
The reason of my contact is our current need to purchase Crude Soybean
Oil.

We are looking to establish positive relationship with serious suppliers
that can offer us good price, good service, and of course good quality.
To start we offer to purchase 15,000 MT on SPOT basis, if the operation is
effectively achieved, we will come back with a contract for 25,000 MT.

Contract Type: SPOT
Shipment: end of August 2008 Payment terms: Non-Transferable,
irrevocable, non- negotiable confirmed letter of credit, payable 100%
upon presentation of the delivery documents at destination port.
