Description :Dear Sirs/Madam,
We need D2 Gas Oil. The details of the product is given below.
Minimum 150 000 - 200 000 MT in a month.
Please supply us with POP and we will arrange the LC very soon.
We have our own representative in UAE.
In view of above we made a decision to ask for POP before POF or BCL.
I am sure it was a right decision, because it is not a problem for real
Seller's or Sellers' real representatives to arrange POP.
After that, the BCL will not be very actual, because the LC/payment is
much better. We will be able to move forward when the Seller's POP has
been provided Bank to Bank.
There is no other way to move.
