Please note that as per the terms and conditions of the
tender the Principal Bidders (Manufacturers and Exporters)
are to furnish along with their Offers Bid Security in the
form of Bank Guarantee amounting to 2% (two percent) of
the total quoted value. Further, after acceptance of the
Offer, the successful Principal Bidder (Manufacturer and
Exporter) shall have to furnish a Performance Guarantee in
the form of Bank Guarantee amounting to 10% (ten percent)
of the total contract value. In this respect, please note
that the Bid Security will be returned to the unsuccessful
Bidders immediately after evaluation of the Financial Offer
and to the successful Bidder immediately after submission
of the Performance Guarantee on receipt of the Letter of
Intent (Formal Purchase Order).
