Description :We manufacture thermal processing equipment for the
electronics industry. I am looking for brush DC motors
with the following parameters:
Voltage: 36-60VDC
Cont. Current: ~1. 5a
Cont. Torque: ~20oz-in.
Motor Body Size: 2. 25" diameter and 3" long
Output shaft: 1 / 4" diameter extends beyond motor body ~ 1 / 2"
on one end only I would prefer standard product. Please provide
complete specifications and speed / torque curves for review.
Application is for driving a tangential blower wheel.
Also need a coupler to connect the motor output shaft to the
blower wheel drive shaft that is 1 / 2" in diameter. Coupler should
provide vibration dampening, thermal break between blower shaft
and motor shaft, and handle slight misalignment between the two shafts.
