Description :Equipment for coal briquetting (press with rolls, crusher, sifter,
drum-type drier, conveyor)
Making briquettes lies with preparation raw material such as sifted coal,
treacle and lime.
1. Sifted coal gets forwarded into a drum-type drier to make moisture as
less as 5-8%.
2. Dried sifted coal gets into the crusher and sifter to be reduced.
3. Then coal, treacle and lime are sent to a mixer where gets plowed by a
plow mixer.
4. All the mass is turned into a homogenous consistence in a mixer with
two rotors.
5. As result a new raw material is obtained (sifted black coal mixed with
binding material out of treacle and lime) that gets shifted to a receiving
hopper of a press with rolls.
6. The press makes briquetting.
