Description :I am looking after company to be partner with Kuwaiti company
in Kuwait to participate in tender as follow:

Supply & Installation of equipments for sea water protection from oil pollution
at power generation and water distillation plant.(Oil Skimmer, Permeated
Oil Boom, Absorbent Oil Boom, its equipments and all works).

Duties of foreign company partner are given:
All technical works and all financial such as Initial surety,
Performance Bond is 10 % for guarantee and insurance of contract.

Duties of Kuwaiti company are given:
To give legal permission to work in Kuwait witch enables foreign
company to participate in tenders.
