Description :We are looking for large size Extruders, Mixers and Grinders to
make Wood Polymer composites.

We are planning to manufacture Door Frames, Table Tops,
Desk Tops, Window Frames etc using a mixture of wood powder
mixed with polymers like PP, HDPE etc.

We will first grind the wood into powder, then mix this 70% wood
powder with 30% Plastic and make that into pellets using a first
pass for making composite pellets.

These pellets will be fed into a large size extruder and using a
pre-designed mold profile, we will make the profiled items like
window frame, door frame, beadings, flats, sheets, rods, angles, beams.

We need all associated machinery such as conveyers, color mixers,
oil heating and circulating machines etc., so that we can produce
large quantities of these wood polymer composites.
