Description :We are Egyptian company engaged in the business of
exporting shelled groundnuts. Due to our expansion we are
in need of a machinery line for processing the groundnuts
starting from cleaning, shelling, grading and bagging. The
required machinery components are:1-stone separator machine
(de stoner) that separate the stones and other foreign
material from the groundnut, capacity to be 6 MT per hour2-
thresher/sheller machine that remove the outer shell away
from the kernel, capacity to be6 MT per hour3-belt
conveyor, length to be 4.5 M and belt width to be 60 CM4-
bucket elevator, height to be 3.7M and capacity 4 MT per
hour5-Vibro grader, single deck with four screens ,capacity
to be 2 MT per hour6-bagging machine, for bagging kernels
into25&50 kg bags.7- any additional component that may be
needed to make the whole line work as one unit and
connected together , for example tubes, one that carries
the cleaned groundnuts from the destoner to the thresher
and another on e that carries the outer shell away from the
