Terms of delivery: CIF/incoterms 2000
Destination: China/China port
Payment: Irrevocable, revolving, transferable, documentary
letter of credit 100% at sight
PB: Seller issues 3% PB or SBLC from bank to bank
Inspection: At loading port by SGS (seller's expense) and CICC
(buyer's expense)
Note: Seller must be able to prove performance and stock
availability.
