Description :Dear Sirs/Madam
We would like to register our interest to buy LNG in an amount of
500.000 MT. per Month for a one full calendar year (500,000*12=6,000,000MT),
and most likely to extendable to another year.
The amounts to be purchased can be varied, up or down, on a month to
month basis depending on the circumstances in market.
Payment terms :
(1) By Confirmed, Irrevocable, Revolving, Non-Transferable Documentary
Letter of Credit (RDL/C) payable at sight against documents covering full
each month shipment of. 200.000 MT. per Month. per Month for Twelve (12)
months, Partial shipments and Partial Payments allowed. Or
(2) by Bank Guarantee (B/G) with Two (2) months ordered quantity value &
issued by buyers bank as security for non-payments, and each shipment arrived
at discharging port paid within five (5) banking days by TT direct to sellers account
after CIQ by buyer.
SGS Inspection: By Seller at Loading Port for account of seller. CIQ at discharging
port, charges for account of buyer.
The present Order is valid within 7 days, from the date of introduced by the
Buyer in the Order. Please, grant the draft contract
