pH 4.8 - 5.0%

Caffeine content: 0.7 - 1.3%
Ash: Max. 10%

Color after preparation: brown to dark brown
Mechanical impurities: unacceptable
Ochratoxin A: max. 10 ?g/kg
Microbiological requirements:
Mesophilic aerobic bacteria in 1g: 5x104 cfu/g
Coliforms in 1g <10 cfu/g
Salmonella: absent
Staphylococcus aureus in 1g: 100 cfu/g
Yeasts and molds in 1 g: 2x102 cfu/g
Chemical requirements:
Lead Pb mg / kg 0.50 mg/kg
Cadmium Cd mg / kg: 0.05 mg/kg
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place.
Terms of delivery:
In 25 kg bags.
Terms of cooperation:
At the beginning 12 tons per week, after first 2, 3 months cooperation increase of orders to 16
