Description :Dear Suppliers,
Could you offer us for below low carbon steel ball in
CIF Busan, Korea in LCL base?
It is no matter whether your product is forged or casting ball.
1. Raw material: Low carbon steel which can meet with below specification
2. Size: 10 mm to 20 mm (15 mm is best)
3. Specification
(Below specification is top important and should be met 100%, No exception)
Si =< 0.01%
Mn =< 0.03%
P =<0.003%
Cu =< 0.016%
Cr =< 0.009%
Ni =< 0.012%
C=< 0.15%
4. Quantity: 2 to 4mt in LCL base
(Every month regular order quantity is 2mt/month)
5. You should not treat the balls with any anticorrosive agent
6. This balls application in the client?s factory is not for grinding application
but it is used as anode application in electrolytric cell.
So, the chemical content is the most important to them
7. SGS certificate is necessary to certificate above specification on
your product sample and every actual shipment when you ship it.
8. Please advise us if your company have ever supplied this type of grinding ball.
9. Please do not offer me if you can not meet even one of the client's chemical specifications
