Buyer who is looking for M-100 GOST 10585-75
on a monthly quantity 100,000 MT for one year contract.
The monthly shipment have to split into 2 vessel to be
delivered to two China Ports. Payment instrument is
Irrevocable, Confirmed, Non-transferable Documentary
Letter of credit issued from top prime bank.

Please provide me your best quote. Only serious seller are
welcomed, please provide us the spec of products.

If possible, the buyer would like to issue L/C directly to
