Description :We require a certain production where 12 mm MDF + 18 mm
Block board + 12 mm MDF is pressed together.

We are going to make door cases from this production by
cutting the whole board into pieces with width of 100 mm-
120 mm-140 mm, etc.

The length we require is 213 cm or 7'. The width of the
material may be 915 or 3' or 122 or 4'. The thickness can
only be 42 mm. The piece in the middle can be block board
or even edge glued panel. It only has to have a smooth
surface so the gluing of the MDF boards to the piece in
the middle can be healthy. The piece in the middle, if it
is edge glued panel, can be made of any wood, it can be
finger jointed, and may have the lowest appearance quality
as it will not be seen.

It just has to have no holes at all. If the middle piece is
considered to be block board, the core of the block board
(the edge glued panel) may be made of any wood. The
veneers of the block board may be made from any wood,
it still may not have any holes. Otherwise, there are no
quality expectations.
The MDF has to have certain quality specifications to
pass the tests of the Turkish Standards Institute, so please
send us detailed specifications of the MDF boards such
as humidity, density, species, etc.

We require prices of CIF or CNF Izmir(Turkish port).
Please state prices per board or per cbm. We need at
least two samples of your production.

We require about 5 containers monthly.
