I want to introduce our company as a leader in Spain of Food
Additives products indifferent kinds of fields. We have been
working in such field since 1950's.
I am interested in Animal Rennet (Chymosin/Pepsin 85/15) and
Microbial Rennet (Activity (U/g) 15000). We can import of about
40 tons per year of each one.
Anima Rennet: Extract, traditionally obtained from a calf's stomach,
that contains the enzyme rennin, used to coagulate milk in the cheese
making process.
Rennin: An enzyme that catalyzes the coagulation of milk, found in
the gastric juice of the fourth stomach of young ruminants and used in
making cheeses and junkets. Also called chymosin, rennet
