Description :Dear Sirs,
We are looking for a turnkey newspaper/book printing system
This complete turnkey system must be able to print 50000 newspapers per edition, containing minimum 8 sheets, 32 pages tabloid format, full colour. To provide you some details we expect, this list is just a idea of the direction we want to start with potential suppliers:
computers and software
scanners and laser printers
film setters
offset plates / film
printing press? (Rotary press or else?)
after press for the finishing of the sheets
sorting machine
folding machine
cutting machine
and much more.
Please consider:
High humidity area
Not much high tech available, therefore extremely low maintenance system is preferred.
This project will be executed in a small Caribbean country and full after service will be required but also in de beginning trainers, service people etc.
Consider offset or flexography (or else?)
