Description :We are looking to buy Plastic Extrusions parts
All parts are rectangular solid profiles.
Because they are thick very small amounts of foaming agent
may be used to avoid surface sinking. All parts are to be
extruded from HDPE (High density polyethylene), and regrind
material may be used, as long as the finish is free of ripples,
warpage and concave, convex surfaces. Timit on bow to the
side (non-straight) is 1/4" max on 64 1/4 inches and 3/16
inch on the shorter ones. Limit on Injection & Blow Moulding / Extruded Parts Concave or convex surface
(flatness) is 1/16 inch. Corner radius to be 1/16 inch or less.
Please quote including payment terms by February 15,2006.
